AG&T and Uncorrelated: Connecting Global Capital with Caribbean Opportunity
One of AG&T’s core missions is to bridge the gap between global capital and the Caribbean’s most compelling investment opportunities.
For decades, Caribbean real estate has attracted developers, entrepreneurs, and family offices. Today, however, the region is increasingly capturing the attention of institutional investors, private equity firms, alternative asset managers, private credit providers, family offices, and infrastructure funds seeking opportunities that offer diversification, strong fundamentals, and long-term growth.
Recognizing this evolution, AG&T has partnered with Uncorrelated to help introduce a new generation of investors to the Caribbean.
Building a New Investment Platform
Founded by Geoff Marcus, the creator of Miami Alts Week, Uncorrelated has become one of the premier gatherings for the alternative investment community, bringing together leading allocators, institutional investors, family offices, hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital professionals, and investment managers.
Following the success of the Uncorrelated conference in Miami—which attracted more than 1,000 investment professionals—AG&T partnered with Uncorrelated to bring the platform to Puerto Rico.
The objective extends well beyond hosting a conference. Together, AG&T and Uncorrelated are creating a long-term ecosystem that connects global investment capital with high-quality opportunities throughout Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
A Long-Term Collaboration
AG&T proudly served as Co-Host of Uncorrelated Puerto Rico in 2025, helping shape the conference agenda and introducing investors to many of the region’s leading developers, policymakers, lenders, hospitality executives, and investment professionals.
Building on the success of the inaugural event, AG&T again returned as Co-Host of Uncorrelated Puerto Rico in 2026, reinforcing its commitment to making Puerto Rico and the Caribbean an increasingly important destination for alternative investment capital.
These conferences have become much more than networking events. They serve as a platform where investors can engage directly with project sponsors, government officials, financial institutions, and industry leaders while exploring opportunities across hospitality, residential development, infrastructure, private credit, venture capital, energy, and emerging technologies.
Expanding Access to Capital
One of AG&T’s greatest strengths is its ability to connect Caribbean projects with capital sources that historically have had limited exposure to the region.
Through its relationships with family offices, institutional investors, private equity firms, hedge funds, lenders, and alternative investment managers, AG&T helps clients identify financing solutions that extend beyond traditional real estate capital.
This broader capital ecosystem creates new opportunities for:
Hospitality and resort developments
Mixed-use and residential communities
Infrastructure investments
Climate resilience and sustainable development
Public-private partnerships
Opportunity Zone and tax-advantaged investments
Private credit and structured finance
By bringing together investors and developers in an environment focused on education, collaboration, and relationship-building, AG&T is helping expand the flow of investment into the Caribbean while strengthening the region’s long-term economic competitiveness.
Looking Forward
As global investors continue to seek diversification beyond traditional markets, the Caribbean is increasingly recognized as a compelling destination for long-term investment.
AG&T remains committed to leading this conversation by collaborating with organizations such as Uncorrelated, government agencies, development partners, and institutional investors to create meaningful connections between capital and opportunity.
Whether through conferences, investor forums, strategic advisory services, or direct capital introductions, AG&T continues to play an active role in positioning Puerto Rico and the Caribbean as one of the most dynamic emerging investment regions in the Americas.
