Adam Greenfader
is the managing partner at AG&T. Adam is passionate about resiliency, Green building practices, and blockchain technology for real estate. Adam is a noted speaker and has recently published, “Why Puerto Rico Now”, an economic roadmap for the island’s long term economic growth. Adam speaks English, Spanish and French and holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He currently Chairs the Caribbean Council at the Urban Land Institute and is the Florida Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association.
Alberto Hernandez
or “Alex” is a Real Estate broker in Puerto Rico and Licensed architect. He currently presides over AG&T in Puerto Rico and has vast experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Alex holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors and courses towards a Masters in Industrial Design at Pratt Institute.
