AG & T

AG&T is led personally by Principal Adam Greenfader, a Caribbean real estate capital advisor with twenty-eight years of operating depth across 18 islands. The core working team includes Alberto Hernandez, President of AG&T Puerto Rico (licensed architect and real estate broker), and Nathan Whigham of EN Capital (capital advisory alliance).

For development engagements, the team scales with regional architects, master planners, engineers, hotel brands and operators, plus named capital sources brought in by project.

Adam Greenfader

Adam Greenfader is the Principal of AG&T, a Caribbean real estate capital advisor. He has twenty-eight years of operating depth across the region, including development, marketing, workout, and capital advisory work across eighteen Caribbean islands.

He is the past Chair of the Caribbean Council at the Urban Land Institute and serves as the Florida Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association. He is the author of Why Puerto Rico Now (2022), an economic roadmap for Puerto Rico’s long-term growth, and a frequent moderator and speaker at ULI gatherings across the Caribbean and Europe.

He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and speaks English, Spanish, and French.

Alberto Hernandez

Alberto ‘Alex’ Hernandez is President of AG&T Puerto Rico. A licensed architect and Puerto Rico real estate broker, he leads the firm’s on-the-ground execution, regulatory navigation, and client relationships for engagements based on the island. His combined architectural and brokerage credentials are uncommon in Puerto Rico and let him operate fluently across feasibility, entitlement, design coordination, and transaction execution.

Alex carries forward the work of Alberto Hernandez Real Estate, a multigenerational Puerto Rico firm founded by his father, Alberto Hernandez Sr., who authored Puerto Rico’s real estate laws. The firm holds Puerto Rico broker license #002. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from Pratt Institute and pursued additional coursework toward a Master of Industrial Design.

Nathan "Nate" Whigham

Nathan “Nate” Whigham is the Founder and President of EN Capital, a boutique commercial real estate capital advisory firm focused on debt and equity placement across the US, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Mexico. He has been active in capital markets since 2006, with over $1 billion in transactions across corporate credit, commercial real estate, and renewable energy.
Prior to founding EN Capital, Nate served as Senior Director of Business Development at Cleanfund and as Senior Vice President at Nebo Capital. He holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
